Information
The Saskatchewan Association of Instructional Leaders (SAIL) is a group of diverse educators including both in- and out-of-scope personnel, all of whom have a special interest in instructional leadership.
The major emphasis for the Association is to provide a conference each year focusing on issues that are both current and practical for the membership. SAIL endeavours to provide opportunities for its members to develop knowledge and skills regarding various contemporary issues, in order to better meet the needs of their students. In addition to providing a superior professional development opportunity, the conference also creates and supports the development of networking among members. Contacts made on an annual basis assist members to share their experiences and expertise with each other throughout the entire year.
